| To the Memory of Rev. Isaac BEEMAN, many years Minister
of the Gospel at Providence Chapel Cranbrook. Well done thou good and faithful servant, thou hast been faithful over a few things I will make you ruler over many things. Enter then into the joy of the Lord. This tomb was erected by the voluntary subscription of the congregation. Beneath this tomb are deposited the earthly remains of Isaac BEEMAN who died August 17th 1838 aged 73 years. Also. The remains of 2 sons of Isaac & 2©Susannah BEEMAN {JENNINGS} viz:--William who died April 5, 1823 aged 24 years and Zechariah [sic] who died May 13 1823 aged 29 years. On the South side lie the remains of 2©Susannah {nee JENNINGS}, his first wife, who died May 3rd 1809 aged 39 {b 1770} years. Leaving issue 9 children. By Mary, his second wife, who survived him he had issue 5 children. Beneath also are the remains of Mary, widow of the above Isaac BEEMAN who died November 25th 1843 Aged 59 years. |
